Returns & Exchanges

At SodaStream, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all carbonators and machines purchased directly from our store. Please note that used CO2 cylinders must be exchanged through our specialized refill program rather than returned for a standard refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your SodaStream products in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all components, including the carbonating bottles and power adapters, are included.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
